Order Cancellations
Customers can cancel an order within 4 hours from the time order is placed. Under which no charges will be deducted and he/she will get a full refund of the amount paid into his bank account.
You can mail us @ bellevousmonde@gmail.com and mention the subject line as “Cancel Order – <your order no.>” as well as the reason in the mail.
We will check the status of your shipment and process your request for refund. If the item is cancelled post 4 hours then charges as per returns policy will be applied to the product.
Refunds for product/products not in stock
Under rare scenarios, if the ordered product is out of stock, we will refund the full payment made by the customer for the product. In such cases, the Customer Service Team will contact the customer via e-mail and on obtaining his consent to initiate the refund process. Refund through the bank usually takes 5-7 working days.
There may be situations where a customer has ordered several products, and one or more of those products are not in stock. In such cases, the customer will be refunded the cost of products not available. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit due to Customer’s bank policies.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
RETURN
We at Belle Vous are committed to providing you hassle-free returns.
In the rare case, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (size issues, damages etc.), we will be happy to accept a return for a refund on products in new/unused condition*.
Please request a return by sending a mail with complete order details to bellevousmode@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery of the product. Please mention “Return: <order no>” in the subject line and the reason for return in the mail. For faster returns click pictures of the product showing the defect and attach to the mail.
Following conditions are considered as Belle Vous’ errors under which free returns will be provided:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product Is delivered in damaged condition
- Wrong item delivered
Areas, where the reason for return isn’t a result of a Belle Vous error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Following are the possible scenarios:
- Product with free shipping – In such case only returns fee of Rs.299/- will be deducted
- Product with shipping charges – In such case return shipping fee of Rs. 299/- and the initial shipping charges will be deducted
The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned except for Belle Vous error include:
- Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
- Items sold on Sale or Discounts
- Out of stock items arranged specially for a customer
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Serial Number has tampered
- Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
- Product is used or altered
- If the request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery
- Free product
- We do not exchange vitamin C serums. We restock our vitamin C monthly and store it in cool temperature until it’s shipped out to you to avoid oxidation. However pure vitamin C has a tendency to leak in hot weather during transit which is beyond our control. Hence pure vitamin C is the only product that we do not offer an exchange.
If an item is returned after being used or without original packing then it will be termed as an invalid return and will be returned back to the customer for which an additional fee for reshipping has to be paid. Also in the rare event of transit damage, while returning to our warehouse, the product will not be accepted back.
Please ship the product to the address communicated at the time of return initiation.
Under the case of our error, we will refund a standard shipping charge which can go to a maximum of Rs.250/- depending on the size and the price of the product.
The procedure to return the product to us:
Self-Ship: You shall have to ship the product at your end within 5 days of return acceptation and we will credit the shipping costs into your account in the form of store credits which you can use at any time, provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us. Whereas the product cost will be refunded back to you in the same mode as paid by you.
If you choose to exchange the defective item, you will only be provided with a replacement of the item again, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please check the availability first on our website.
Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us.

EXCHANGE
Belle Vous shipments are packed with utmost quality check processes before they leave the warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can email us or contact us at bellevousmonde@gmail.com or send a direct message on Instagram @belle.vous with the photo of leaked or damaged items, in such cases we either offer an exchange or a discount on your next purchase which Belle Vous reserves the right to decide.
If you have received a wrong product other than your order, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 3 days of receiving the order:
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email or Instagram within 2 business days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact within 15 days.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
