What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation SMS to track the status of your order.
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship all over India.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.
What if I am new to Korean Skincare and not sure which products to buy?
You need not worry, if it’s your first time trying out KBeauty, we would be more than happy to help you out in choosing the right products for your skin. Just send us an email at bellevousmonde@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours!
How do I know if the products are authentic?
At Belle Vous, we source the items directly from the brands themselves or/and only from authorised distributors of the brand. We guarantee that all items are 100% authentic.
When will the Out of Stock items be back?
Fast-selling items that become out of stock are usually restocked within 12 - 14 days. We will notify you if you sign up to our Newsletter. Do follow our Instagram page – @belle.vous for updates on stock.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking & Digital Wallets using Razorpay payment gateway. We have temporarily disabled COD due to multiple fake orders.
How secure is shopping on your site? Is my data protected?
We protect your data with high-level encryption so you can be sure enough that our site is super safe & your data is protected with us.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
Creating an account will provide you with a lot of benefits like details of your previous orders, filled up fields with personal details and addresses every time you transact. Though it is not mandatory.
